Captain Eric is New York Media Boat’s Director of Operations. He’s been an integral part of the NYMB crew for 12 years. Crewing on commercial vessels and private yachts, Eric brings much experience running different types of ships. He graduated with a degree in National Security, and is a USCG licensed Master Captain and FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot. Eric grew up and lives along the Jersey Shore.

Captain Sherry has been skippering sail and power yachts on the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans for over two decades. She grew up on the water, her Dad a commercial lobster fisherman. She graduated from Boston University and worked in the tech world of Silicon Valley before changing her life a hundred and eighty degrees. She now makes a living sharing her passion for the water.

Captain John is a first responder specializing in maritime search and rescue. He’s a USCG licensed Master Captain and expert in tactical boat handling. John has patrolled New York Harbor for decades and he is an avid recreational boater, who loves navigating the Jersey Shore, Moriches Bay, and the east end of Long Island.

Kristina Fiore is a journalist whose byline has appeared in ABC News, Newsday, New Jersey Monthly, and other newspapers and magazines. She’s a member of the National Association of Science Writers and at New York Media Boat, she manages social media, blogging, and content strategy. She’ll gladly chase the story far out to sea.
